As part of our global Decision Science team, you will use industry-leading modeling and AI practices to predict customers' behavior and create smart and innovative strategies that advance the way we do business. We develop, deploy and validate predictive models and support the use of models in economic logic to enable profitable decisions across credit, fraud, marketing and servicing optimization engines.

** Job Responsibilities*
* The role will entail some of the responsibilities listed below:

+ Work with large amounts of data and sophisticated tools in an industry-leading Big Data environment to derive business insights and create innovative solutions

+ Partner with Risk and Marketing Strategy teams to design, develop and implement models for emerging opportunities with Machine Learning techniques.

+ Communicate the usage of various modeling algorithms and results to senior leaders and business partners.

+ Collaborate with tech partners to test, implement and deploy modeling solutions to the production system.

** Qualifications and

Skills Required:

*
* + Master's degree in computer science, statistics, data science, artificial intelligence, applied mathematics, or a related field.

+ Expertise in an analytical language (Python, R or the equivalent), and experience with databases (Hive, SQL) and cloud computing environment.

+ Hands-on experience in machine learning algorithm development or application.

+ Prior professional experience or internships in data science are preferred.

+ Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results.

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently on sophisticated, unstructured initiatives, with strong attention to detail.

+ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners worldwide.

+ Knowledge of MS Office:
PowerPoint, Excel.

* Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $ annually   bonus   benefits
