The Strategy Support Analyst provides analytical horsepower and execution support across the FX strategy portfolio. This role plays a critical part in transforming strategic questions into insights, recommendations, and action.

The position supports multiple initiatives simultaneously and offers exposure to enterprise strategy, transformation, and senior leadership decision-making. This position is ideal for a high-performing individual looking to grow a career in strategy, transformation, or enterprise initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Analysis & Insight Development

* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support FX strategic initiatives.

* Develop insights related to advisor productivity, recruiting, onboarding, and experience.

* Support research, benchmarking, and synthesis of complex information.

Initiative & Execution Support

* Support multiple initiatives by preparing analysis, materials, and recommendations.

* Assist with business cases, KPI tracking, and progress reporting.

* Support working sessions and leadership updates.

Communication & Storytelling

* Create executive-ready presentations and decision materials.

* Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.

What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree required

* 3-5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, or financial services roles

* Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills

* Clear written and verbal communication skills

* Strong attention to detail and organization

* Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills

* Strong communication skills including experience in developing executive level presentations

* Self-starter with a passion to deliver results

Salary Range: $100,000-$

Overtime eligible:

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
