Lead, IT​/Tech, Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Lead for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. The candidate must have strong business analysis expertise to translate complex data needs into clear functional requirements.

Rate Range: $60/hour to $64/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Lead job responsibilities include:

• Gather and document business requirements to support data, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and define data-driven solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Support data governance activities, including defining business rules and resolving data quality issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Years of Experience 8-10 years.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Proven capability in analysing complex datasets and creating insightful dashboards using modern BI tools.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $64.00 per hour
