Customer Success & Product Intern

The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success & Product Intern to join our NYC team. You'll work directly with our customers, making them successful and identifying gaps in their process, bringing it directly back to our product & engineering teams.

This isn't an internship where you sit on the sidelines. This is a role that is truly going to move the needle at Spur and you'd be working with our customers & prospects from your very first day on the job.

What You'll Do

* Help customers translate their critical user journeys into natural language tests.

* Respond to customer support tickets and troubleshoot test failures across the platform.

* Lead product walkthroughs for customers on new features and capabilities.

* Collaborate with engineering to surface edge cases and customer feedback.

* Build internal documentation and resources. Get hands-on experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, and agentic QA systems.

* Review Post Hog & Our Analytics platforms to analyze user sessions, and relay tactical product feedback & feature requests to our product and engineering teams

What We're Looking For

* Strong written and verbal communication-you can explain

technical concepts clearly and confidently.

* Recent graduate or current Junior / Senior with a degree in Computer Science (major or minor) and coursework

or interest in business.

* Genuine curiosity about AI agents, automation, and how software gets built.

* Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Bonus:

Experience with QA, testing tools, or customer-facing roles.
