In this role, you will join a 20+ member global eClerx team (NY, India, London) responsible for defining, launching, and scaling an enterprise‑wide Agentic AI program for this client. The Program Manager will partner cross‑functionally with Solution Architecture, AI Engineering, Advisory/Compliance, Operations, Development, and QA teams to influence strategy, ensure alignment, and drive successful end‑to‑end delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Strategy & Foundations

* Contribute to the development of a comprehensive operational strategy for leveraging Agentic AI to drive efficiency, automation, and innovation across the client's organization.

* Assist with detailed assessments of current-state processes, workflows, and systems to evaluate feasibility, risks, and potential ROI for Agentic AI integration.

* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify, qualify, and prioritize high‑impact Agentic AI use cases across operational functions such as reconciliations, client onboarding, loans, and equity trading lifecycle.

* Develop core program artifacts including program charters, operating models, delivery plans, status reports, and risk/issue logs.

* Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements throughout the program lifecycle.

* Support the rollout of enterprise-level Agentic AI frameworks, standards, best practices, and delivery methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership

* Facilitate organizational alignment through interactive workshops, design sessions, and steering committees with business, technology, risk, and compliance leaders.

* Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure they co‑own the AI solutions and participate in decision‑making throughout development.

* Communicate program updates, decisions, risks, and outcomes to senior client leadership with clarity and precision.

* Execution, Delivery & Value Realization

* Identify cross‑workstream dependencies, proactively manage risks, and remove delivery obstacles using structured issue‑resolution approaches.

* Implement and monitor key performance indicators and value‑realization metrics to measure Agentic AI ROI and broader program impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience leading large-scale AI, data, or advanced analytics programs

* Strong understanding of financial‑services operations and related workflows.

* Familiarity with MLOps, model governance, data engineering, and AI lifecycle management

* Proven ability to work effectively across business, technology, risk, and compliance teams.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.

* Expert level experience in program planning, governance, risk management, and reporting.

* Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess processes for AI feasibility and ROI.

* Familiarity with regulatory, security, and compliance considerations for AI solutions.

* Experience producing clear program documentation and artifacts.
