Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Submissions: Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of materials submitted to regulators. Ensure content is precise, clear, and consistent, synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders.

  • Technology Policy Management: Own and maintain internal technology policies and standards. Collaborate with policy owners to review and refresh policies annually, incorporating new practices, regulatory guidance, or findings from internal reviews.

  • Information Synthesis: Collect, analyze, and organize complex technical information to create concise, actionable materials for both internal and external audiences.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison across the technology organization, facilitating alignment and clear communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience at a Big Four consulting firm or equivalent consulting experience is mandatory.

  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills; capable of producing polished, professional materials.

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and document management tools.

  • Solid understanding of technology concepts, processes, and terminology.

  • Familiarity with IT operations, including change management and monitoring tools.

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings or workshops.

  • Certifications or experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or technology compliance.

  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable guidance.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Comfortable in a social-facing, collaborative environment with frequent stakeholder engagement.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to producing high-quality deliverables.

Experience Requirements

  • Big Four or equivalent consulting experience required.

  • No prior financial services experience needed; strong technical knowledge of IT operations or audit/control functions is essential.

This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of technology, policy, and regulatory engagement. You will have a direct impact on how the organization communicates with regulators and maintains best-in-class technology policies.
