We are looking for a highly organized, technically skilled professional to manage regulatory communications and oversee technology policy frameworks. This role is central to ensuring our firm's regulatory submissions are accurate, clear, and well-coordinated, while maintaining up-to-date internal technology policies.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Submissions: Lead the preparation, review, and coordination of materials submitted to regulators. Ensure content is precise, clear, and consistent, synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders.
Technology Policy Management: Own and maintain internal technology policies and standards. Collaborate with policy owners to review and refresh policies annually, incorporating new practices, regulatory guidance, or findings from internal reviews.
Information Synthesis: Collect, analyze, and organize complex technical information to create concise, actionable materials for both internal and external audiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison across the technology organization, facilitating alignment and clear communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience at a Big Four consulting firm or equivalent consulting experience is mandatory.
Strong technical writing and presentation skills; capable of producing polished, professional materials.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and document management tools.
Solid understanding of technology concepts, processes, and terminology.
Familiarity with IT operations, including change management and monitoring tools.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings or workshops.
Certifications or experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or technology compliance.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable guidance.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements
Big Four or equivalent consulting experience required.
No prior financial services experience needed; strong technical knowledge of IT operations or audit/control functions is essential.
