Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will provide technical support to ensure seamless operation of computer systems and networks for employees and teams. Your expertise will help resolve technical issues, maintain hardware and software functionality, and optimize user experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical assistance for Windows and Mac OS platforms, ensuring smooth operation and troubleshooting system issues.

- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD, overseeing access control and permissions.

- Resolve hardware and software problems, including desktop imaging and computer reboots.

- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments.

- Utilize Service Now or similar ticketing systems to track and resolve IT support requests.

- Assist with setup and management of conference rooms, including video and audio equipment.

- Support Office 365 applications, ensuring their functionality and integration.

- Collaborate with teams to diagnose and resolve issues with routers and switches.

- Maintain and update desktop hardware to meet organizational standards.

- Provide guidance and training to users on system functionalities and best practices. Requirements - Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting PC desktops and workstations.

- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD.

- Experience with desktop hardware and Windows 10 systems.

- Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and tools.

- Expertise in resolving network connectivity issues across LAN/WAN environments.

- Ability to work with ticketing systems like Service Now.

- Understanding of Office 365 applications and their integration.
