As a Product Manager in Consumer and Community Banking Data and Analytics team, you will lead the development of a cutting-edge Data Quality & Contracts Platform. You'll play a pivotal role in empowering our business with trusted, high-quality data and robust contract management capabilities, driving innovation and operational excellence across the enterprise.

The Consumer and Community Banking Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure.

The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.

** Job responsibilities*
* + Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

+ Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

+ Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

+ Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

+ Defines and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Data Quality & Contracts Platform.

+ Gathers and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across business, technology, and compliance functions.

+ Leads end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and continuous improvement.

+ Collaborates with engineering, UX, data governance and data products teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.

+ Establishs and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decisions.

+ Drives change in a complex and heavily collaborative environment and adopt and pivot to evolving business needs by learning quickly on-the-job

+ Communicates product vision, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

** Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills*
* + 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

+ 3+ years focused on data management, data quality, or contract management platforms.

+ Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

+ Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

+ Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-grade products or platforms.

+ Strong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and contract lifecycle management.

+ Experience working with agile development methodologies.

+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization.

+ Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

** Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills*
* + Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

+ Master's degree in a relevant field.

+ Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries.

+ Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Talend) and contract management solutions.

+ Technical proficiency in data architecture, data integration, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
