Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Communications, Office of the CEO The Senior Manager, Communications will serve as a key contributor to Genpact's strategic storytelling efforts, within the Office of the CEO to translate our core strategy and narrative into compelling content that resonates across the organization and with external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, storyteller, and content creator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings curiosity, creativity, and strategic thinking to every project. This role requires someone who can serve as both an active listener and thoughtful challenger, connecting complex concepts and translating them into accessible, engaging narratives.

Responsibilities
* Strategic Content Development:
Create compelling content that articulates Genpact's strategy and narrative across multiple formats and channels, developing internal materials that inform and shape external messaging approaches.
* Research and Discovery:
Conduct interviews with business leaders and subject matter experts to uncover insights, gather information, and identify compelling stories that illustrate Genpact's strategic narrative across internal and external channels.
* Cross-Channel Content Strategy:
Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify content opportunities and develop materials that support both internal alignment and external communication objectives.
* Concept Connection:
Synthesize complex business concepts and connect elements of Genpact's capabilities into coherent, compelling narratives that demonstrate our integrated value proposition for both internal understanding and external communication. Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications
* Related years of experience in communications, content creation, journalism, or a related field, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with the versatility to create content for diverse audiences and formats.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
* Self-motivated with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
