Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Manager, Talent Systems and Optimization to oversee and optimize our suite of talent acquisition technologies. This role is critical to ensuring our recruiting systems are running smoothly, delivering value, and evolving with the needs of our business. You will serve as the primary recruitment owner of platforms including (but not limited to) Beamery, Good Time, Bright Hire, Linked In, and other emerging AI tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation across our talent acquisition ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

System Ownership & Administration

* Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for all talent acquisition systems.

* Ensure systems are configured optimally to support recruiting workflows and business needs.

* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for resolution.

* Manage and allocate system access, including setting up new systems when needed, and assigning and redistributing licenses as needed.

Optimization & Innovation

* Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, user experience, and data integrity.

* Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry trends; proactively recommend enhancements.

* Lead implementation of new tools and features, including testing, training, and change management.

Stakeholder Collaboration

* Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, IT, and external vendors to align systems with strategic goals.

* Provide training, documentation, and support to recruiters and hiring teams.

* Gather feedback from users to inform system improvements and ensure adoption.

Data & Reporting

* Ensure systems are capturing accurate and actionable data.

* Collaborate with analytics teams to support reporting needs and insights generation.

* Maintain data governance and compliance standards across platforms.

* Report on system usage.

Qualifications:

* 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR technology, or related fields.

* Deep experience with optimizing the TA Tech Stack.

* Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and candidate lifecycle.

* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Experience with system implementation, optimization, and vendor management.

* Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting is a plus.

Hiring Salary Range: $ - .

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.

This position is bonus eligible.
