Minimum qualifications:

* 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

* 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience in launching products end-to-end.

* Experience in Consumer AI.

The AI Rich Experiences product team is defining the next generation Consumer AI Search experience. We are reimagining what the most helpful and actionable answer is throughout your interactions with Search, building and pushing frontier capabilities of our models. We are expanding Search to satisfy new journeys by being stateful, assistive, and collaborative. We are building out the AI interface needed for a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) Search experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

* Be accountable for defining and driving new productivity cases in Search.

* Ensure new productivity capabilities are discoverable and accessible in our AI products.

* Define product investments we need to make to push Search to be the leading product to accomplish tasks.

* Partner with engineers across Search to translate those bets into tangible deliverables

* Drive top line growth for Search.
