- Location:
New York, NY - Duration: 12 months
- Seeking a detail-oriented lead to oversee quality control and assurance for digital publishing operations.
- Ensure digital assets are error-free, compliant with brand and accessibility standards (ADA), and function flawlessly across platforms.
- Support the QA/QC team, provide training, and maintain ADA compliance standards.
- Lead QA/QC resource for the Digital Publishing team, establishing and maintaining quality standards and best practices.
- Perform hands-on QA/QC for digital deliverables, including AEM content, Hearsay content, Adobe Target, forms, social posts, emails, landing pages, and microsites.
- Conduct accessibility (ADA) and browser/device testing to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Create and manage QA documentation, checklists, and testing protocols.
- Provide feedback and training to team members to improve quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with authors, developers, and project managers to resolve issues quickly.
- Keep current with ADA standards and provide materials and training for the team.

- Participate in ongoing process improvement to enhance digital publishing workflows and testing efficiency.
- May be asked to perform authoring tasks as needed.
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise.
- Attention to detail and strong copywriting skills.
- QA/QC experience in digital publishing.
- Strong understanding of ADA compliance and policy.
- Ability to coordinate with marketing leads and web/design teams.
- Strong communication skills; prior management or coaching experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Hearsay, Adobe Target, One Trust, DAM platforms, Workfront, and Stensul.
- Strong understanding of WCAG, usability, and responsive design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
