Service Now Project Manager
Contract Length: 12 months
Work Setup: Remote
Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Our organization is undertaking a major Service Now modernization initiative and is seeking an experienced Service Now Project Manager to lead high-impact technology projects. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering Service Now implementations and enhancements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful platform adoption.
Service Now Project Manager ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Service Now modernization projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports.
Manage project resources, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Partner closely with technical teams, Service Now consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure Service Now implementations adhere to established best practices, governance standards, and organizational policies.
Drive change management and support successful adoption of Service Now solutions.
Bachelor s degree in a related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years as a Project Manager.
Proven expertise in project planning, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and enterprise technology environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Hands-on experience with the Service Now platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, CRM, and PSDS.
Experience working with external vendors and system integrators.
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
