CPQ process Functional Analyst

Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is seeking a Dynamics 365 CPQ Techno-functional Consultant to join their team. As a Dynamics 365 CPQ Techno-functional Consultant, you will be part of the IT department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully with the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Lead and support end-to-end Dynamics 365 CPQ and Quote-to-Invoice implementations.

+ Conduct business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for quoting, pricing, invoicing, and returns management.

+ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture, business rules, and workflows.

+ Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules including CPQ, Sales and Invoicing, and B2B Returns.

+ Define and execute test plans including unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

** What's Needed?*
* + 15+ years of IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise sales and finance processes.

+ 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

+ 7+ years of experience in Quote-to-Invoice processes including pricing, invoicing, and returns.

+ Strong techno-functional knowledge in CPQ and related Dynamics 365 Sales and Finance modules.

+ Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance, or Power Platform.
