We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies that drive full-funnel engagement across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in paid media planning, optimization, and analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
o Design and implement comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with iCapital's business objectives and marketing goals.
o Identify opportunities across search, display, social, programmatic, and emerging channels to maximize ROI.
Campaign Management:
Oversee end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including planning, budgeting, targeting, creative development, and optimization.
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Performance Analysis:
o Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform dashboards).
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment.
o Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support lead generation and nurture initiatives.
Innovation & Best Practices:
o Stay current on paid media trends, tools, and technologies.
o Test new platforms and tactics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, preferably in financial services or fintech.
Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable results.
Expertise in Google Ads, Linked In Ads
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Experience with B2B financial services marketing, with experience with alternative investments a plus.
