Technical Business Analyst

Kforce's direct client has an immediate need for a Technical Business Analyst for a hybrid, long term 12+ months contract position onsite in Dallas, TX (3-4 days/week).

Core Responsibilities:

* Support IT projects for real estate and equity teams, including Japan team

* Coordinate Quick Base integrations and data flows, including dashboarding and reporting

* Gather requirements from asset managers and analysts for data integrations and dashboard builds

* Participate in ongoing RFE data analysis and automation projects

* Validate data relationships and support developers in modeling and integration tasks
* Targeting mid-level (7-10 years of experience);
Open to sharp candidates with 5-7 years of experience

* Experience with Quick Base (low/no-code SaaS; training provided if needed)

* Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft products is beneficial

* Ability to drive requirements and validate data for dashboarding and integrations.

Industry

Experience:

* Real estate industry experience strongly preferred;
Investment/Equity/financial background is acceptable

* Understanding of real estate KPIs, asset/investment data structures, and stakeholder language
