Responsibilities:
- Support critical reporting for organizational and executive levels, focusing on marketing's impact on demand.
- Assist in creating and managing data tables for various applications.
- Monitor and report on performance across the M&C ecosystem using data visualization and communication tools.
- Conduct analyses by integrating and transforming data sources to provide clear insights.
- Collaborate with Analytics, IT, and Marketing teams to manage the Business Intelligence ecosystem.
- Work with internal stakeholders and partners to ensure a unified Marketing Analytics approach.
- Promote a hybrid "Service/Self-Service" analytics model by educating peers and building scalable solutions.
- Manage work spaces, data refreshes, and improve data processing efficiency through automation.
- Enhance taxonomy, processes, and technical infrastructure for enterprise-wide data initiatives.
- 3 years of experience in a Marketing Analytics role.
- Knowledge of marketing data types, including web/mobile analytics, advertising analytics, and phone tracking tools.
- Experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power
BI, Databricks, and/or dbt is a plus. - Strong ability to interpret data within a business context.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly synthesize complex information.
- An intrapreneurial mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
