Audio Visual Technician; Level 1

Position: Audio Visual Technician (Level 1)
Our client is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Technician to support, troubleshoot, and install A/V hardware across client environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who is comfortable running cable, resolving break/fix issues, and confidently supporting conference room technology for executive-level users. This is an onsite position based in New York, NY.

Starting at $25/hour.

Audio Visual Technician's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair A/V hardware, including break/fix support for conference room systems
• Assist with the installation and setup of conference room and workplace technology
• Run, terminate, and manage various types of cabling as part of A/V installations
• Provide white-glove, client-facing support to end users, including C-Level executives
• Ensure all A/V systems are functioning properly before and during meetings or events
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding issues, solutions, and system usage
• Maintain a professional presence while working in executive and client-facing environments

Audio Visual Technician's Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an A/V Hardware Technician
• Strong troubleshooting skills with A/V equipment and conference room technology
• Hands-on experience running and managing cable
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable interacting with and supporting C-Level executives
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
