* Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measures for learning initiatives; assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements
* Provide authoritative interpretation of system data, usage trends, and learning outcomes to address complex operational or programmatic issues
* Make recommendations regarding LMS policies, procedures, governance standards, and best practices to enhance system effectiveness and data integrity
* Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to support organization-wide learning strategies and promote effective LMS adoption and utilization

* Coordinate LMS updates, upgrades, and testing efforts to ensure continuity of learning services and minimal operational disruption
* Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to LMS workflows, data processes, and administrative practices
* Ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of learning data, maintaining detailed and auditable records of learner progress, certifications, and compliance requirements
* May serve as the long-term technical and analytical lead for specific learning or workforce development initiatives
