THE ROLE

Legends Global is seeking two experienced Domain Architects - Enterprise Business Systems to support critical enterprise platforms across Finance/Procurement and HR Technology domains.

These roles will serve as strategic partners between business leadership and technology teams, helping define system roadmaps, evaluate enterprise platforms, and guide implementation of key business systems.

The Domain Architect will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand operational needs, translate those needs into scalable technology solutions, and lead initiatives that improve business processes through modern enterprise platforms.

This role is ideal for individuals who combine deep functional expertise in Finance/Procurement or HR systems with the ability to lead technology strategy and enterprise system initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Systems Strategy

* Partner with Finance, Procurement, and HR leadership to define technology roadmaps that support business objectives.

* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through enterprise platforms and system enhancements.

* Evaluate and recommend technologies that support evolving business processes.

Enterprise System Leadership

* Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise business systems.

* Guide implementation partners and internal teams during large system deployments.

* Ensure enterprise platforms support scalable and integrated business operations.

Business Process Expertise

* Serve as a subject matter expert on key business workflows within Finance/Procurement or HR domains.

* Translating business requirements into system capabilities and implementation strategies

* Help ensure enterprise systems align with real-world operational needs.

Examples include:

Finance / Procurement

* Source-to-pay workflows.

* Supplier management

* Contracting and purchasing processes

* Financial operations and ERP systems

HR Technology

* HRIS platforms

* Global HCM implementations

* Employee lifecycle systems

* Performance management and workforce technology

Stakeholder Engagement

* Lead discussions with directors, vice presidents, and business partners regarding enterprise system strategy.

* Translate complex technical topics into clear business discussions.

* Drive cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams.

Implementation Oversight

* Guide large-scale system implementations from planning through deployment.

* Collaborate with engineering teams, implementation partners, and vendors.

* Ensure successful adoption of new enterprise technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

* 8+ years of experience working with enterprise business systems or digital transformation initiatives.

* Demonstrated experience leading enterprise system implementations or platform evaluations.

* Strong knowledge of business processes within Finance/Procurement or HR domains

* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology organizations.

* Experience working with enterprise platforms such as ERP or HCM systems.

DOMAIN-SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

HR Technology Role

* Strong experience with Workday

* Experience implementing or supporting multiple Workday modules.

* Experience supporting global HR organizations.

Finance / Procurement Role

* Experience with ERP systems supporting finance operations.

* Strong understanding of procurement and source-to-pay processes.

* Experience supporting finance and procurement system strategy.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

* Experience working in large enterprise environments.

* Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.

* Experience working with global organizations and multi-location operations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location:

Our preferred office locations are Frisco, TX, Conshohocken, PA, or New York, NY. However, we welcome applications from highly qualified remote candidates as well.
