Job Description & How to Apply Below
Suno is a music company for the next generation of creators. Our core product is powered by the world's most advanced music-generation model, enabling anyone, regardless of experience, to create studio-quality songs with original beats, instruments, and vocals. We're also building a one-of-a-kind ecosystem of musical experiences: from Suno Studio, our professional toolset for editing and refining audio, to Hooks, a new way to create and share music videos that bring songs to life.
Founded in 2023 by Harvard alumni with a shared passion for music, Suno has surpassed $300 million in subscription revenue, making us one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the world. In 2025, we raised a $ million Series C at a $2.45 billion valuation. Today, more than 100 million people have created songs with Suno, and our 150+ bandmates collaborate across offices in Boston/Cambridge, Venice Beach, San Francisco, and New York City.
About the Role
We're looking for a Paid Social Manager who knows how to run global performance campaigns that actually convert. You'll own our paid social channel management end-to-end - driving web and app conversions at scale across markets.
This isn't a role for someone who follows playbooks. At Suno, we expect our team to work the way the best AI tools do - fast, smart, and always improving. You should be deeply fluent with AI, know how to build agents and automate workflows, and bring that mindset to everything you touch. If you've managed significant budgets across channels and geographies, understand attribution deeply, and use AI as a core part of how you work, you'll fit right in.
We made a song about the role:
What You'll Do
- Own paid social performance globally: manage campaigns across major paid social channels (Meta, Tik Tok, Snap, Reddit, etc.), optimizing for web and app conversions, subscriptions, and growth KPIs across multiple geographies and markets
- Drive full-funnel results: manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing to consistently hit CPA and ROAS targets at scale
- Expand and diversify our channel mix: evaluate and activate new platforms and formats as the business grows, bringing rigor and structure to how we test and scale them
- Navigate app campaign complexity: own tracking setup, MMP integration (Singular, Apps Flyer, Adjust, etc.), and mobile attribution nuance across platforms
- Build with AI: use LLMs, Claude, and other AI tools daily to build agents, automate workflows, improve reporting, and find efficiencies that wouldn't exist otherwise - this is core to how we expect this role to operate
- Partner with creative: own all creative analysis and give structured feedback on ad creative, brief new concepts, and drive iteration based on performance data
- Own budget and forecasting: manage pacing across channels and markets, proactively reallocating spend to what's working
- Communicate with clarity: translate complex campaign data into sharp insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
- 2+ years managing conversion-optimized paid social campaigns (must have Meta + Tik Tok experience) with meaningful budget responsibility across major platforms
- Strong grasp of web conversion campaigns - pixels, events, landing page performance, and full-funnel optimization
- Experience running global campaigns across multiple geographies and markets
- Genuinely AI-native: you use LLMs, Claude, Claude Code, and similar tools as a core part of your day-to-day workflow - not occasionally, but constantly. You should be able to build agents, write prompts, and automate workflows without needing an engineer next to you
- Experience with app campaign mechanics and mobile attribution (MMPs like Singular, Apps Flyer, Adjust; SKAdNetwork, postbacks, etc.)
- Data-driven with strong analytical instincts: you build your own reports, diagnose underperformance fast, and communicate findings clearly
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where channels, tools, and strategy evolve constantly
- Nice to have: experience across a broad range of paid channels beyond the major social platforms
Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
