You will report to the Hiring Manager who manages regulatory relationships with regulators. This role requires the team, on a rotating basis, to put together regulatory materials by sorting through information received. You must be a strong Technical writer / presenter with strong technical capabilities; able to build polished decks. Looking for a candidate out of one of the Big Four consulting firms.

This is a highly social-facing role, requiring frequent engagement with a wide range of stakeholders both within and outside the team.

This role has a strong emphasis on technology and requires a solid underlying understanding of how technology works.

The second major responsibility is ownership of technology policies and standards. This involves maintaining and updating formal policy documents published on internal websites. On an annual basis, these policies are continuously reviewed and refreshed in collaboration with the policy owners. A key part of this process is assessing whether there are any new or different practices that need to be incorporated.

At times, regulatory findings or internal reviews drive changes that require policy updates.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Jr Consultant profile, ideally from a consulting background
• Technical writer / presenter with strong technical capabilities; able to build polished decks
• Advanced proficiency in Power Point
• Basic understanding of technology and technical terminology; works across the technology organization
• Familiarity with technology processes (e.g., tools, alerts, change management)
• Proficient in document management
• Personable and collaborative; comfortable engaging with stakeholders and not hesitant
• Certified or experienced in Governance, Risk, or Compliance (GRC) or technology compliance certifications
