The Premium Design team defines the gold standard for Capital One's high-spender customer experience ecosystem. Our work centers on creating highly useful, personalized, and high-impact products. This role is essential for driving the vision and crafting exceptional, end-to-end experiences that evolve and enhance the customer journey, delivering best-in-class card experiences and lifestyle benefits. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with design craft leads, designers, and cross-functional partners to push creative boundaries while ensuring both significant business impact and compelling customer value.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
• At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Experience working with and contributing to an established design system
• Experience collaborating with product, tech and business partners
• Experience leading design projects or teams
• Experience working in heavily regulated, data heavy problem spaces

New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Design
