Our client is a high-growth fintech startup building a streamlined trading application designed to bridge the gap between complex on-chain assets and everyday users. The platform provides instant access to digital assets without the friction of external wallets or bridges, while offering advanced social trading features and institutional-grade execution data.
The engineering team is composed of high-caliber, crypto-native professionals with backgrounds from industry leaders such as dYdX, Uniswap, and Open Sea. Following a recent move to a spacious new office in Soho, the organization is looking for a Staff Trading Infrastructure Engineer to spearhead the evolution of their trading infrastructure. This role is focused on the technical frontier of transaction speed, MEV prevention, and liquidity routing.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Optimization:
Lead the development and overhaul of transaction landing infrastructure to ensure industry-leading speed and reliability. - Routing & Solvers:
Design and implement proprietary routing systems and cross-chain solvers to optimize swap efficiency for users. - Feature Development:
Architect and deploy advanced trading functionalities, including cross-chain limit orders and custom gas sponsorship infrastructure. - Strategic Planning:
Autonomously identify bottlenecks in current trading flows and execute technical roadmaps to maintain a competitive edge in a multichain environment. - Technical Leadership:
Serve as a subject matter expert for a lean team of frontend and backend engineers, maintaining high standards for code quality and performance.
