The Victoria's Secret Beauty team is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer II to support Product Integrity through process improvement, metrics management, dashboard development, workflow automation, and digital tool enablement. This role improves how teams collect, manage, analyze, and act on business-critical data by building scalable reporting tools, streamlining workflows, and enabling more consistent decision-making across the supply chain.
Your Role
Define, organize, and maintain KPIs, metric definitions, and reporting routines that improve visibility and consistency across the supply chain.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools using Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, databases, and related systems.
Translate complex data into clear insights, summaries, and recommendations for leadership and operational teams.
Monitor data quality, metric consistency, and reporting gaps; surface trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities for review.
Build and sustain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related tools to reduce manual work and streamline recurring workflows.
Transition manual trackers and email-based processes into structured tools such as Power Apps, SharePoint lists, automated forms, and dashboards.
Maintain intake tools, forms, dashboards, approvals, notifications, and access-management workflows that support consistent execution.
Enhance existing tools, data connections, reporting logic, and workflows as business needs evolve, with a focus on scalability, usability, and adoption.
Lead process improvement projects that simplify workflows, standardize reporting, improve data visibility, and increase efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate needs into practical reporting and workflow solutions.
Standardize data inputs, reporting cadence, process documentation, and adoption materials to improve usability and long-term tool ownership.
Provide ad hoc analysis, reporting support, and tool troubleshooting for supply chain priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
