Level 1 Technician
At Compucom Staffing, you're more than just a number. Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance. Our client is currently seeking a Level 1 Technician to join their team onsite in New York, NY.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Test and image desktops and laptops
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals
- Set up, configure and add all hardware
- Assist client internal IS technicians with large IMACs
- Provide technical support to end-users via telephone and in person
- Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
- Manage (Service Now / Clearvision) ticket queue constantly throughout the day
- Assist coworkers in the resolution of end-users' technical issues
Wage Range:
The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits:
