A minimum of 3-5 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experience. Preferable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Enterprise Asset Management Department of the NYCT – Department of Subways (DOS) is seeking one temporary consultant to serve as HxGN EAM Project Manager. This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation.

• Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review.
• Create and maintain an accurate project schedule.
• Partner with Subways SME's to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports.
• Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed.

Task-Based Deliverables:
For each project, the deliverables will be determined by Subways EAM Program Management at the initiation of each project. Most deliverables will fall within the following high-level groupings:
• Project management documentation.
• Technical design, configuration and specifications documentation.
• System configuration and administration.
• Training development and delivery.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM.
• 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred.
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed.
