Required Experience:

Strong business and technical background in the area of Master Data Management, Reference Data Management, and Master Data Governance. 4+ years of technical knowledge of data architecture and data integration. 5+ years of MDM development, administration, and integrations experience (Reltio preferred). 3+ years of direct experience in MDM analysis, design, development, support, and operations with a leading MDM tool suite (Reltio preferred).

Hands-on and expert on data analysis within and outside data warehouse, data consolidation, or data management/governance. Experience working with APIs to collect or ingest data, along with strong database knowledge. Experience with enterprise source systems and systems that consume master & reference data, including CRM, ERP, and Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Architect technology solutions in Data Management (Data Architecture/data modeling, Data Integration, Big Data, Master Data Management).

Awareness of MDM trends, MDM concepts, and other tools in the market.

Must have worked with US/Europe-based clients in onsite/offshore delivery models. Should have excellent verbal and written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills. Should have proven analytical and problem-solving skills. Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management and internal/external stakeholder management skills. Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter, and team player. Should have experience working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization Structure.

Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic/Architect thinker - somebody who can conceptualize and lead the MDM project. Analyze and define detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies. Prior experience in designing master data (Supplier, Product, Customer, etc.), Supplier 360, Product 360, hierarchies, and reference data. Review Data Mapping impacts, deliverables, and oversee macro and micro design components. Contribute to the development of MDM strategy and roadmaps across multiple MDM domains.

Prior experience working with Master Data technologies (Reltio, SAP, Informatica, etc.). Strong experience with No

SQL, API, and Apigee. Analysis and resolution of complex Data Relationships and Data Cleansing scenarios. Own and aggressively drive forward MDM, Data Governance, Big Data, and Cloud Data Management. Exceptional communication skills are mandatory to succeed in this role and work closely with the customer. Develops data integration processes using the MDM platform. Creating business solutions that utilize the platform and ensure high-quality and scalable solutions.

Work with EA (Enterprise Architecture) team on standards, product roadmap, and architecture decisions based on the enterprise blueprint. Works with internal teams, in a self-directed manner, throughout the project lifecycle. Drive excellence and ensure continuous improvement in the quality of deliverables.
