Business Analyst / Project Manager GenAI Technology Program
Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager for their GenAI technology program to join their dynamic team. As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will be supporting the Global Markets organization, working closely with various teams to drive innovative AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $65-68 on W2
What's the Job?
- Perform business analysis and define business and functional requirements for Gen AI projects and deliverables.
- Manage release and change management processes for Gen AI applications and services.
- Plan and coordinate project execution across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to support project success.
- Provide status updates on deliverables, risks, issues, and schedules to leadership and stakeholders.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management within financial or technology sectors.
- 1-5 years of experience in Release / Change management, familiar with ITSM, JIRA, and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies for software delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic solutions to complex challenges.
