Proven ability to build relationships with business partners and development teams, provide functional leadership, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Execution & Process Improvement:
Hands-on experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, managing JIRA boards/backlogs, planning sprints, and driving business process improvements with a focus on high-value outcomes.
