Location:

2 Broadway, NY, NY. Hybrid role. 4 days onsite and 1 day wfh only required (37.50 hours per week). Duration: 6 months +

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experience.
• Strong technical expertise in Infor EAM v11.x configuration, integration using ION, and other Infor EAM tools/utilities.
• Preferable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Summary of the Function/Role:

• The Enterprise Asset Management Department of the NYCT – Department of Subways (DOS) is seeking one HEXAGON SUPPORT LEAD / SR. HEXAGON CONFIG. SPECIALIST.
• This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Technical Lead, develop configuration of the EAM system (core and mobile) based on requirements and design documents in alignment with program standards
• Develop FlexSQL and Extensibility Framework solutions, as needed
• Support testing activities and provide bug fixes in a timely fashion
• Develop integrations to key systems via ION integration or Web Services

Deliverables & Due Dates Task-Based Deliverables:
For each project, the deliverables will be determined by Subways EAM Program Management at the initiation of each project. Most deliverables will fall within the following high-level groupings:

• Project management documentation
• Technical design, configuration and specifications documentation
• System configuration and administration
• Training development and delivery

Qualifications Experience & Education :

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Enterprise system configuration
• Strong technical expertise in Infor EAM v11.x configuration, integration using ION, and other Infor EAM tools/utilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
