As a Platform Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch onboarding experiences for our SMB merchants. You will act as the "quarterback" for merchants, ensuring a seamless transition to our Door Dash Commerce Platform products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with sales and account management teams to set merchants up for success.
• Managing the implementation of online ordering, mobile apps, and loyalty programs.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing operational support.
• Educating merchants on our products and gathering feedback.
• Collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflows and merchant success.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or account management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with a curiosity to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Experience working cross-functionally with individual contributors.
• Previous experience with POS systems like Toast, Square, or Clover.
