  • Facilitate working sessions and meetings, capture detailed action items, and relentlessly follow up to hold assignees accountable for their commitments and deadlines.
  • Provide clear visibility into project risks, interdependencies, and mitigation strategies, escalating appropriately when necessary.
  • Partner with infrastructure engineers and architects to understand solution designs and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple infrastructure domains including network, compute, storage, and security teams.
  • Track project progress, manage backlogs or work streams as applicable, and drive proactive risk and issue resolution to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment readiness across development, test, and production.
  • Lead cutover planning and execution while minimizing operational impact.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise standards including security, compliance, and change management processes.
  • Maintain accurate delivery tracking and documentation using tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, or MS Project.
  • Provide regular, concise status updates to stakeholders detailing project health, milestones, and deliverable progress.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies or governance touchpoints such as standups, sprint reviews, PI planning inputs, or steering meetings based on the delivery model.
  • Coordinate vendor activities and ensure alignment with contractual deliverables and timelines.

Technical Skills Must Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical project management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of creating high-quality project documentation and managing complex action item trackers.
  • Experience delivering infrastructure initiatives such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, or data center-related efforts. Familiarity with change and release management processes in enterprise environments.
