Job Title
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience as a Project Manager in financial services.
- Direct experience working in sell-side front-office (FO) technology environments.
- Strong experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
- Advanced proficiency with JIRA for project tracking and reporting.
- Strong understanding of derivative trading flows (front to back) OR a strong technical background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Solid understanding of the full SDLC and technology operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and expectations in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing front-office trading system implementations or enhancements.
- Background in derivatives, capital markets, or investment banking technology.
- Experience working closely with global teams and stakeholders.
