Tryfacta is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our client in 2 Broadway - MTA Headquarters. This is a temporary contract assignment for 12 months, with a work schedule of Monday-Friday.

Job Description - Senior Project Manager (People Soft PUM Upgrades & OCI Migration)

Experience:

15+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of IT and ERP project management experience, including extensive expertise in People Soft applications, People Soft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migrations. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale People Soft transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of modernization programs involving People Soft applications, databases, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, governance, risk management, resource coordination, vendor management, and end-to-end execution of People Soft upgrade and cloud migration projects while ensuring business continuity and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of project management experience in enterprise ERP environments.
• 10+ years of People Soft project delivery experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple People Soft PUM upgrade projects.
• Proven experience leading People Soft migrations to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong knowledge of People Soft Architecture, People Tools, PUM, Lifecycle Management, and Change Assistant.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database, Web Logic, Integration Broker, and People Soft environments.
• Demonstrated success managing projects with budgets exceeding $5M and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience working with executive leadership and steering committees.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certifications.
• Agile/Scrum Certification.
• Experience with HCM, FSCM, or ELM implementations/upgrades.
• Experience with cloud security, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.
• Experience with public sector, higher education, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience managing Oracle Consulting or other major system integrators.
• Knowledge of procurement, contract management, and vendor governance.
