As a Technical Client Partner at Publicis Sapient, you operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and transformation execution. No two days are the same. You are a trusted advisor, a systems thinker, and a hands-on architect shaping the future of complex enterprises. You will spend your time helping organizations, particularly within healthcare and life sciences, evolve into data-driven, AI-enabled, and increasingly agentic enterprises.

This includes advising senior client stakeholders in a "sell-to" engagement model, shaping transformation roadmaps, and designing architectures that translate ambition into scalable, compliant solutions. From crafting a compelling future-state narrative for a CIO to engaging with cross-functional teams, to presenting industry perspectives to CDOs and CTOs, you will bring both strategic clarity and technical depth to every interaction.

Act as a trusted enterprise advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO), shaping digital and technology strategy

Translate business ambition into practical, scalable architecture and transformation roadmaps

Design and orchestrate end-to-end enterprise architectures spanning data, platforms, cloud, and AI

Guide clients in the adoption of emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic workflows, ensuring real business impact

Collaborate across Publicis Sapient's SPEED capabilities to deliver integrated, cross-disciplinary solutions

Support growth and account expansion through advisory-led engagement and solution shaping

Contribute to industry point of view development, particularly across healthcare and life sciences

Lead architecture discussions across business, data, application, and technology domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals

Navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and future-ready

Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture within consulting, digital transformation, or systems integration

Strong client-facing and advisory experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Deep understanding of modern architecture principles, including:
Cloud-native architectures (SaaS, PaaS, microservices) Platform-based ecosystems and composable architectures Enterprise integration (APIs, event-driven, data orchestration) Practical experience with Data & AI architectures, including:
Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic systems Data platforms, governance, and advanced analytics Strong grounding in software engineering lifecycle (SDLC) and modern delivery models Ability to bridge strategy and execution, translating vision into actionable roadmaps

Bringing Primarily Experience with in the Life Sciences and Pharma Industry Ability to articulate a clear industry point of view across areas such as:
Clinical and R&D transformation Commercial and patient engagement Data-driven and AI-enabled healthcare ecosystems Understanding of regulatory, privacy, and compliance considerations in healthcare environments

Proven experience in driving sales and growth across leading Life Sciences and Pharma accounts A consultative mindset, combining technical depth with business acumen The ability to simplify complexity and communicate clearly across business and technical audiences Credibility as a thought leader, both internally and externally A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional, high-impact environments A passion for shaping the future of AI-enabled, agentic enterprises
