+ Collaborate with design, data science, analytics, and other cross-functional partners to support the development and iteration of intuitive customer experiences.

+ Use product data, testing results, and customer feedback to identify issues and opportunities for continuous improvement.

+ Support documentation and coordination needed to deliver solutions in accordance with enterprise standards, compliance, and risk management practices.

** Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

+ 2-4 years of product management or related experience working on a technical, digital, or customer-facing product; experience with AI-enabled products is preferred.

+ Working understanding of generative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt design, testing/evaluation approaches, or agentic workflows.

+ Ability to work closely with engineering teams, understand technical concepts, and translate product needs into clear requirements leveraging product delivery tools such as Rally, Jira, or Confluence.

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

+ A passion for AI, product experimentation, and the future of digital customer experiences.
