Key Responsibilities for the Senior HRIS Engineer (Workday):

Own Workday architecture, configuration, and ongoing system optimization
Administer Core HCM including business processes, security, and calculated fields
Build and maintain integrations with systems like Greenhouse, Deel, and 15

Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions (Prism, People Analytics)
Lead Workday releases including testing, deployment, and feature enhancements
Translate business needs into scalable system and reporting solutions

Qualifications for the Senior HRIS Engineer (Workday):

5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience
Strong expertise in Core HCM and related modules (Comp, Benefits, Time Tracking)
Experience with Workday integrations (APIs, Studio, EIB)
Proficiency in SQL and exposure to scripting (Python or JavaScript)
Experience with data pipelines/ETL tools and data warehouses (Snowflake, Big Query)
Knowledge of Workday security architecture and IAM tools (e.g., Okta)
