10 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Firm located in New York, NY. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role focuses on the technical delivery of infrastructure projects, including office relocations and AV/Network deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects with specified deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a project with specified deliverables
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with other staff members
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
• Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project
• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical delivery or project management, with a focus on infrastructure, office relocations and AV/Network deployments
• Strong understanding of IT project delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI
• Proven ability to manage timelines for projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail

Desired skills:

• PMP certified preferred
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency

Pay range: $81.15 - $91.15 per hour
