** Responsibilities*
* ** How will you make an impact in this role?*
* We're looking for a graduate level intern to support the team on critical and innovative projects as a Summer Analytics Manager. Broadly the role may entail some of the below responsibilities:

+ Leverage sophisticated data sources and analytical methods to inform business decisions and practical recommendations.

+ Communicate analytics-based insights and business recommendations to partners.

+ Develop and automate reports/dashboards to inform partners and senior leaders about business performance.

+ Integrate new data sources, AI capabilities, and/or analytical tools to support key business decisions.

** Qualifications*
* ** Minimum Qualifications*
* + Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program specializing in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or MBA).

+ 2+ years of professional work experience in an analytical, data science, or business analytics function.

+ Master's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.

+ Knowledge of MS Office applications.

+ Strong programming skills (SQL, SAS, R, Python, Hive, etc.).

+ Experience manipulating and extracting business/customer insights from large and complex datasets.

+ Ambitious thinker with a strong curiosity about digital products, data, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology and product partners.

+ Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.

+ Strong analytical and decision-making skills - must have the ability to compile, analyze, research, and link complex issues.

+ Demonstrated ability to work optimally and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and balance multiple priority assignments simultaneously - must be a self-starter.

+ Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and why they matter to colleagues at all levels and technical abilities.

+ Willingness to learn and master new systems.
