Senior Analytics Engineer
Location:
US (Remote) Duration: 12 months + Potential to extend / convert USC & GC Only Top 3
Skills:
Airflow | SQL | Snowflake Duties:
Key Requirements:
4+ years of strong experience with Apache Airflow, SQL, and Snowflake — top priority. 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar data-heavy roles. Advanced SQL skills including complex transformations, optimization, and data quality checks. Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, and orchestration. Strong Python skills for automation and data pipelines.
Experience with dbt or similar transformation tools is a plus. Familiarity with Git Hub, CI/CD, and modern data warehouse/lakehouse environments. Experience in AML/BSA, transaction monitoring, fraud, KYC/EDD, sanctions, or investigations is highly preferred. Strong communication, ownership, and ability to work across teams in a regulated environment. Ability to responsibly leverage Generative AI/coding copilots in daily workflows.
Skills:
Nice to haves:
Domain experience in BSA/AML, Transaction Monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC/EDD, fraud, or investigations. Familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks and modern warehouse/lakehouse patterns.
Experience with Git Hub-based workflows, CI/CD for data, and data observability tools. Experience building dashboards in Looker/Tableau/Superset (or equivalent). Applied statistics/experimentation, root-cause analysis, or detection performance measurement. Interest in crypto, blockchain analytics, or on-chain/off-chain data integration.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
