New York, NY 10281 - Hybrid, 2-3 Day Onsite (Mon-Wed compulsory) Pay Range: ($65 - $70) on an hourly basis. Overview We are seeking a Regulatory Product/Business Systems Analyst to support global regulatory and e-Invoicing initiatives across Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems. The role will translate regulatory and business requirements into clear system requirements, coordinate with Technology, Tax, Compliance, Product, Vendors, and PMO teams, and drive implementation readiness through testing and go-live.

Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product/Program Management, Business Systems Analysis, or IT Delivery. Strong experience with Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or O2C systems. Hands-on experience with  ERP/EBS,  Fusion, SAP, Workday Financials, or similar ERP platforms in an AR/O2C environment.

Experience with e-invoicing, regulatory reporting, VAT/GST, statutory reporting, or cross-border reporting. Knowledge of XML, EDI, data mapping, mandatory/conditional fields, and regulatory reporting formats.

Experience with tax/regulatory technology such as ONESOURCE, Vertex, Sovos, Avalara, or similar platforms. Strong experience creating business/functional requirements, user stories, and SIT/UAT test scripts. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience with Jira/Confluence and Power BI is preferred. Responsibilities Analyze government, regulatory, business, and system requirements for assigned product areas. Translate regulatory requirements into business, functional, and technical requirements. Lead system/process impact assessments across AR, billing, invoicing, and O2C processes. Coordinate with Technology, Product, Tax, Compliance, Vendors, Business, and PMO teams to resolve requirements and dependencies. Define and document data mappings, process flows, requirements, decisions, risks, and dependencies.

Track development, testing, milestones, blockers, and regulatory delivery timelines. Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and operational readiness activities. Ensure all dependencies have clear ownership, timelines, and escalation paths. Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, decisions, and blockers. Help develop scalable global e-Invoicing and regulatory solutions that can be reused across multiple countries and legal entities. Benefits:
