Build and lead teams
- Coach consultants and managers, oversee work quality, support recruitment, and develop the team's legal technology and applied AI capabilities.
- Coordinate internal initiatives across legal operations and technical specialists, with clear priorities, owners, and deliverables.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, legal operations, legal technology, or technology transformation, including substantial work with legal departments or law firms.
