IT Specialist

We are seeking a dependable and quick-learning IT Support Assistant to provide Level 1 technical support. The ideal candidate is bright, has excellent communication skills, and can ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and respond to Level 1 IT support tickets

Set up and configure computers for new users

Manage IT inventory and equipment tracking

Create onboarding access and support user setup
