Head of Enterprise Sales, Financial Services

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and customer outcomes within our Financial Services business. As a second line sales leader, you will be leading one of the following verticals (Banking, Payments, Capital Markets, Fintech or Insurance) within Financial services across North America. This role will lead a team of high-performing sales managers and their teams focused on serving banking customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accounts
- Develop and execute territory strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and drive expansion
- Partner with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions across the trading lifecycle
- Navigate complex sales cycles in organizations with conservative risk management cultures and stringent regulatory requirements
- Foster collaboration across AWS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for trading platforms, data analytics, HPC workloads, and risk management systems
