Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for end users in New York, New York. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving device, access, and hardware issues while delivering dependable day-to-day support across a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on maintaining desktop performance, supporting Apple-based technology, and helping employees stay productive through responsive service and sound troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver front-line technical assistance for desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral issues, ensuring timely resolution for end users.

- Support Apple devices and Apple iOS platforms by diagnosing problems, configuring settings, and maintaining reliable performance.

- Administer device management tasks through Jamf Pro, including provisioning, policy updates, and routine support activities.

- Troubleshoot hardware failures and coordinate repair or replacement of workstations and related equipment as needed.

- Assist users with identity and access issues by supporting authentication tools such as Okta.

- Provide support for desktop environments that interact with technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Android, and computer hardware platforms.

- Set up, image, deploy, and maintain end-user devices to meet operational and security standards.

- Document incidents, solutions, and recurring technical issues to improve service efficiency and knowledge sharing. Requirements - 3+ years of experience in desktop support, help desk, or end-user technical support roles.

- Hands-on experience supporting Apple devices and Apple iOS in a business environment.

- Working knowledge of Jamf Pro for device administration and endpoint support.

- Experience with Okta or similar identity and access management platforms.

- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills across desktops, laptops, and related peripherals.

- Familiarity with desktop technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Android, and general computer hardware.

- Ability to diagnose technical issues methodically and communicate solutions clearly to users. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
