Oracle Fusion Financials O2C Support Consultant

Production Support: Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials, troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Accounts Receivable: Support AR configuration and operations, including customer transactions, invoices, credit memos, adjustments, receipts, and customer account maintenance.

Customer Management: Support customer and account management processes using Trading Community Architecture (TCA), including customer data validation and issue resolution.

Auto Invoice and Receipts Processing: Troubleshoot Auto Invoice import and validation errors, receipt application issues, unapplied receipts, and related transaction processing failures.

Subledger Accounting: Analyze SLA accounting rules, troubleshoot accounting generation issues, and support reconciliation between AR, SLA, and the General Ledger.

Order-to-Cash Operations: Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end O2C processes, identify process gaps, and recommend functional improvements.

Enhancements and Change Requests: Gather business requirements, assess functional impacts, document solutions, and coordinate enhancement implementation and testing.

Stakeholder Management: Work directly with business users and client stakeholders to understand issues, communicate progress, and manage expectations.

Testing and Documentation: Support functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the preparation of functional documentation and knowledge articles.

Incident and Change Management: Follow ITIL-aligned processes for incident management, problem management, change control, and service delivery.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR).

Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

Experience with Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and Oracle customer management.

Strong understanding of Oracle Subledger Accounting (SLA), accounting rules, and transaction accounting flows.

Practical experience with Auto Invoice, invoice processing, receipts processing, and receipt applications.

Experience in AR accounting reconciliation and resolving discrepancies between subledgers and the General Ledger.

Proven experience providing Oracle Financials production support and resolving complex functional issues.

Ability to perform root-cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across technical and functional teams.

Strong client-facing communication, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Working knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials or the ability to support environments involving Oracle EBS Finance, as required by the project.

Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS).

Oracle Fusion Cash Management.

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher reporting.

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) analytics.
