Role: SAP Cloud ALM Consultant
Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM for a large-scale enterprise SAP transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4
HANA implementations, SAP Activate methodology, application lifecycle management, test management, project governance, and operational monitoring. This is an onsite, client-facing role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and adoption of SAP Cloud ALM.
- Configure project templates, workflows, milestones, user access, authorizations, and governance processes.
- Support SAP Activate methodology and manage requirements, user stories, tasks, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Establish project dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, and delivery governance.
- Design and manage test management processes, including UAT, integration testing, regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Configure business process, health, integration, and job monitoring capabilities.
- Support deployment, release management, production transition, hypercare, and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with SAP architects, functional teams, Basis, security, integration teams, PMO, and executive stakeholders.
- Conduct client workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through process optimization and automation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on SAP Cloud ALM experience.
- Proven experience implementing SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise SAP transformation programs.
- Experience supporting SAP S/4
HANA implementations and migrations. - Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, ALM processes, testing, release management, and project governance.
- Experience with monitoring, reporting, deployment, and operational support processes.
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently onsite with business and IT leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager migration or transition to SAP Cloud ALM.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Success Factors, SAP Ariba, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, healthcare, or utilities.
- SAP certifications in SAP Cloud ALM, SAP S/4
HANA, or SAP Activate.
