About the job Associate Attorney Commodities & Derivatives | 35 Yrs | NYC Law Firm
A premier New York-based law firm is seeking a highly qualified Associate Attorney (35 years or older) to join its Commodities and Derivatives Regulation and Enforcement Practice. This full-time, onsite position offers an exceptional opportunity to advise investment managers, financial institutions, and fintech clients on matters involving CFTC, SEC, Dodd-Frank, and complex derivatives transactions across commodities, IRS, FX, and credit.
Key Qualifications:
- 35 years of focused experience in commodities and derivatives regulation
- Current practice in the same specialty area
- At least 2 years at current firm and no more than 2 firms in the last 5 years
- Top-tier law school graduate with a 3.5+ GPA (honors preferred)
- Active New York Bar admission required
