Real Estate Associate - Junior Associate

seeking a talented, full-time associate to join its nationally recognized Real Estate practice group in the New York office. This is a partnership-track opportunity within a thriving, collaborative team of more than 85 real estate attorneys across eight offices. While based in New York, you'll work on a diverse mix of high-value transactions across the country, gaining exposure to a wide range of matters including real estate financings (representing both lenders and borrowers), acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and joint ventures.

We're looking for candidates with at least two years of real estate experience-whether in debt or equity transactions-who are eager to take on meaningful work and grow within a supportive, dynamic practice. A strong academic record, excellent writing and organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset are essential. New York Bar membership is required. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $235,000 to $260,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certification, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
